These are the terms for using LoopSkill, written in plain language. They only repeat promises we already make on other pages of this site — each section links to its source. If something here and the linked page ever disagree, tell us at hello@loopskill.io and we will fix it.
Who runs LoopSkill
LoopSkill is built by WiseChef, Kraków, Poland. Contact: hello@loopskill.io.
The code is open source
- The platform — the registry, the runner and this website — is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). Source on GitHub.
- The free skills catalog is MIT-licensed (see Security & audit).
- Skills in the federated index belong to their authors and keep their own licences. We link to them as they are; we do not review them or host them.
- If you self-host, you run the software under its licence. You do not need a LoopSkill account, and the rest of this page (which is about our hosted service) does not apply to your server. See the self-host guide.
The hosted service is provided as-is
app.loopskill.io is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, or that any skill will work for your purpose. Skills run on your own machine, under your control — read a skill before you let an agent run it, especially on a client's machine. What we check before a skill is listed, and what we do not check, is described on Security & audit and What LoopSkill does and doesn't do.
Accounts
Free skills install without an account. You create an account by signing in with Google or GitHub. What we store, and what we record when you install a skill, is described on the Privacy page.
Plans and payment
Prices and limits are on the Pricing page. In short:
- Free — $0, no card.
- Pro — a monthly subscription ($9.95 per month), billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime. If you cancel, the skills you already installed keep working; your account goes back to the Free limits, and nothing is deleted.
- Founding Member — a launch-day, one-time $49 payment for permanent Pro — not a subscription, never renews, never expires. No card on file after checkout. Capped at 100 seats. Once the counter on the pricing page hits 0, the offer is gone and the button stops working; there is no waitlist or re-open.
- Payments and receipts are handled by Stripe — we never hold your money. EU VAT is included and handled through Stripe Tax.

Acceptable use
- Do not publish malware, or skills made to steal credentials or data.
- Do not attack, overload or abuse the service, or other people who use it.
- Anonymous contributions are saved as drafts, and a person reviews them before they are listed.
